CABLE CARRIERS AND HOSE CONDUITS

REDUCE YOUR HAZARD RISK

Cables are everywhere in manufacturing facilities, and if they’re not contained, they’re an eyesore, and worse: a safety hazard.

Hennig’s full line of cable carriers (also known as cable tracks, drag chains, energy chains, and hose conduits) is designed to surround, protect, and guide cables, hydraulic hoses, and electrical lines connected to your machinery.

If you aren’t sure where to start, here’s a quick rundown:

  1. For most applications, cable carriers made of plastic are your first choice. Chemical resistance, light weight, and low costs are the major advantages.
  2. Steel chains are used under extreme payloads and high mechanical requirements
  3. For high-end cycles, hardened (carburized) steel is required to achieve a long life

HENNIG CABLE CARRIER PRODUCTS

PLASTIC CABLE CARRIERS (KOL)
PLASTIC CABLE CARRIERS (KOL)
A cost-effective cable carrier for light- to medium-level weight applications, robotics handling, transportation, paper production, textile industries, and water plants. The patented opening offers high rigid torsion behavior and comfortable handling.
PKK Plastic Cable Carriers Energy Chains Drag Chains
PKK Plastic Cable Carriers Energy Chains Drag Chains
If you have larger applications that require a more robust cable carrier, you might want to step up to the PKK. While made of the same material as the KOLIBRI, the four-piece construction of the PKK makes it a sturdy platform for larger applications.
SLE Steel Cable Carriers Energy Chains Drag Chains
SLE Steel Cable Carriers Energy Chains Drag Chains
When working with ambient temperatures higher than 100° F, our steel tracks are a better option. Steel is more robust and has a bigger box strength, making longer, unsupported spans possible.
Stabilflex Cable Carriers
Stabilflex Cable Carriers
The main feature of STABIFLEX cable carriers is that by fitting a steel band to one of the four sides, the flexible conduit can only bend in the one direction where the steel band is situated. The movement remains stable in all other directions.

Cable Carrier Applications and Industries

Hennig cable carriers are suited for robotics, handling, textile industries, water treatment plants, machine tools, and any other commercial setting that requires cable management. Our cable chains and hose conduits reduce wear and stress on cables and hoses, prevent entanglement, and improve operator safety. Learn more about some of these use-cases here:
