Hennig’s apprenticeship program is a 4-year federally administered program through the Rock Valley Tooling & Machining Association (RRVTMA). Participating students will complete 8,000 hours of paid manufacturing training in parallel to schooling at Rock Valley College (RVC), which is also paid for by Hennig.

With your help, we are closing the skills gap in manufacturing.
